The sale and purchase of commercial property (leasehold and freehold) can be fraught with complexity. The Firm undertakes commercial property work and has wide experience in this field.
Debt Recovery
Often this is an attempt to shut the stable door after the horse has bolted. Whilst we can advise on steps before money is lent, goods or services sold or credit given, we can also offer debt recovery services. In many cases obtaining judgement is straightforward, but enforcement is more difficult. We can act in Court proceedings and advise on the best means of enforcement.
